Thank you for shopping with TejasGlow. All our products are custom-made on demand and shipped through our trusted production and logistics partners.

Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All products are made-to-order.

Orders are typically processed and sent for production within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, festivals, sales, or unforeseen operational situations, processing times may be longer.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Orders within India are generally delivered within 2–9 business days after shipment.

However, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier partner availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Regional restrictions
  • Operational disruptions

TejasGlow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

International delivery timelines and shipping charges vary depending on destination and courier availability.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT/GST charges
  • Other country-specific import fees

TejasGlow is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping regulations.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are provided once an order has been shipped.

Customers usually receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email or Shopify notifications.

Please note:

  • Some courier providers, including India Post and certain regional logistics partners, may not provide regular tracking updates.
  • Tracking information may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable during transit.

In such cases, TejasGlow will rely on the courier partner’s official shipment status and final delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details during checkout.

TejasGlow is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete address information
  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

If an order is returned because of incorrect shipping information or failed delivery attempts, customers may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-shipment.

Unserviceable Delivery Areas

If a delivery pin code becomes unserviceable after the order has been placed, delivery may not be possible.

In such situations:

  • Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipments may occur
  • Refunds or replacements may not be available

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact us promptly with:

  • Order number
  • Images/videos (if applicable)
  • Shipping details

Claims are subject to courier investigation and verification.
