Refund policy

At TejasGlow, all products are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, we maintain the following return, refund, and cancellation policy.

Returns

We do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color preference differences
  • Non-defective products

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Since every item is custom-made, size exchanges or general returns require placing a new order at the customer’s expense.

Important Things to Consider

  • Custom return addresses are not possible due to courier service limitations.
  • If a delivery pin code becomes unserviceable after an order is placed, TejasGlow is not responsible for Return to Origin (RTO) shipments, and refunds will not be processed in such cases.
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An item with a printing/manufacturing defect
  • A wrong item different from what you ordered

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tejasglow.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Unboxing video
  • Images of the original packaging and courier cover

After verification, we will provide either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund, depending on the situation.

Proof Required for Claims

To process replacement or refund requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must provide:

  • An unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the product issue
  • Images of the packaging

If sufficient proof is not provided and the issue cannot be verified, TejasGlow may not be able to approve refunds or replacements.

Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may incur additional reprinting or replacement charges.

Package Damage During Delivery

If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please mention the damage in the courier partner’s delivery remarks before accepting the package. This helps support courier claims for damaged shipments.

Careful Unboxing

Customers are advised to open packages carefully.

If products are accidentally damaged during unboxing using scissors, blades, or other sharp objects, refunds or replacements cannot be provided unless:

  • An unpacking video is available
  • Images of the courier packaging are shared

Size Discrepancies & Exchanges

Size Tolerance

All apparel products may have a standard measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches. This is considered normal and is not eligible for returns or refunds.

Wrong Size Ordered

If you ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange a non-defective product, the exchange must be handled at your own expense by placing a new order.

We strongly recommend checking our size chart carefully before ordering.

For size-related concerns, customers may contact us with:

  • Product images
  • Measurement details

so our production team can review the issue.

Color Matching Disclaimer

We use high-quality digital printing technology and premium inks for all products. However, slight color variations may occur between the final printed product and the original design displayed on screen.

Such minor color differences are normal in DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing and are not considered defects.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

TejasGlow is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit

If a package is lost during shipping, refunds or replacements will be processed only after the courier tracking status officially confirms the shipment as lost.

If a package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with supporting proof.

Compensation, replacement, or refund decisions are subject to courier investigation and approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once an order has been processed or sent for production, it cannot be canceled because all products are custom-made on demand.
